Change - how we're making things easier

We're 5 years old this month, and we're excited to announce some big changes to our online store. As technology progresses we need to progress with that too, and these changes mean that your entire experience as a customer will be improved. 

We realise that relationships, weddings and marriage are hard - but how you shop for your ring doesn't have to be. 
Here are the big changes:


1. Faster, slicker site. 
We recently implemented a faster slicker site layout, which makes it easier for you to read great content, find the products you are looking for faster, and gives you a better overall experience as you go through our site. Our site is also fully mobile responsive, which means that it will look great on whatever device you prefer to use to browse. 


2. More ways to get in touch.
In addition to our existing live chat, email and telephone number, we've now also added Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp to the mix. You can now message us straight from our site, or on WhatsApp for your convenience. We've got verified accounts for both Facebook and WhatsApp, so you'll also always know its us. 
You can also shop directly through your Facebook Messenger and ask questions about our products as they arise, which we'll get answered for you as quickly as we can. It's almost like having one of our team members on call when you shop. 


3. Bitcoin. 
One of the more exciting technological steps forward in the financial sector in recent years is BitCoin. We're proud to let you know that we also now accept BitCoin for all purchases on our site. In addition, to Credit/Cheque card, Instant EFT, Mobicred, Zapper, SnapScan and Direct EFT, you can now conveniently pay for your order in almost anyway you want to. We have a dedicated Bitcoin payment option, which we run through a reputable Bitcoin exchange called BitPay. 


4. Better Shipping.
We've partnered up with a local courier partner to bring you kick ass shipping that allows you to track your parcel at every phase of your order's delivery, and get updates as your parcel progresses. This means that you are always kept in the loop with regards to your order. 
In addition, this partnership has helped us get more orders delivered faster, with 94% of our orders being delivered the next day, even to far out places. So you get a better experience when tracking your order and it arrives faster than it did last year. *High Fives*


5. Checkout with your phone number. 
This is a big one. You no longer need an email address to shop online with us. Now you can checkout with your phone number instead and be notified about your order via sms instead of email. This takes an unnecessary step out of our checkout forms so that you can fill them out more easily to get your order placed. 


Many of our customers will already have used or seen these updates without even knowing it, and we are seeing the positive impact these features are creating on our customer experience. 

We're excited to be able to keep changing the way we help you, and we are looking forward to the next 5 years and to seeing how online shopping will evolve. Rest assured - we will evolve with it, to better suit your needs as our customer.
