Returns & Exchanges

I am not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

Yes! We offer a 7 day return policy on all items bought from us. We will refund any item in full in the form of a voucher that you can spend on our online store, less shipping. It must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, and may not be customised or damaged in any way. Please note that a returns fee may apply. No returns will be facilitated for the following items: 

  • Engraved rings (unless you pay for the engraving to be re-done)
  • Custom manufactured rings
  • Sale items
  • Rings that have been discontinued
  • Ring sizes that we no longer stock

 

My tungsten ring order is too small/big, can it be exchanged?

Yes. If you have received your ring and its too big or too small, simply get in touch and we will absolutely help you get the correct size that you need, subject to availability. An exchange fee of R250 will be be payable to cover collection and delivery costs, but we'll help you through the entire process, step by step. Simply get in touch with us on admin@unbreakableman.co.za or WhatsApp / call us on 076 143 3933 with your order number and the details of your exchange. No exchanges will be facilitated for the following items: 

  • Engraved rings (unless you pay for the engraving to be re-done)
  • Custom manufactured rings
  • Rings with inlays of any sort
  • Rings with a coating or plating of any sort
  • Rings that have been discontinued
  • Ring sizes that we no longer stock
  • Sale items

 

I'd like to swap my order out for a different design or product. Is this an option?

Yes. You are welcome to exchange your order for something else. Should the order value be higher than your initial order value, you will have to pay in the balance plus a R250 exchange fee before we collect your old order and ship your new order to you. Should the new item/s cost less than the initial item/s purchased from us, we will credit it from your R250 exchange fee and then if there is still any monies owing, we will reimburse you in the form of a voucher that you can spend on our online store at a later period. When you're ready, reach out to us on admin@unbreakableman.co.za or WhatsApp / call us on 076 143 3933 with your order number and the details of your exchange. No exchanges will be facilitated for the following items:
