FAQ - Online Store: Returns and Exchanges

I am not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

Yes! We offer a 7 day return policy on all items bought from us. We will refund any item in full in the form of a voucher that you can spend at our store, less shipping, if it is returned within 7 days from date of delivery, and has not been customised or damaged in any way. No returns will be facilitated for an item which has been custom made, engraved or ordered for a customer as a once off though. Please note that a returns fee may apply.

    I have received my tungsten ring order, but it is too small/big, can it be exchanged?
    Yes. If you have received your ring and its too big or too small, simply get in touch and we will absolutely help you get the correct size that you need, subject to availability. An exchange fee will be be payable to cover shipping costs, but we'll help you through that too. Simply get in touch with us on admin@unbreakableman.co.za or call us on 076 143 3933.

    I bought my ring from one of your stockists. Can I not just get it resized there? 
    Unfortunately not. Tungsten rings cannot be resized  but we do offer size exchanges and all size exchanges, regardless of where they were bought, will need to be done through us directly - subject to availability! But don't worry, we'll help you do that quickly and easily. Just get in touch and we'll walk you through the whole process.
