Refund policy

Generic Refund Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges subject to the conditions detailed below. Please contact us on admin@unbreakableman.co.za should you want to replace something or read below and we will happily assist.

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, only an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

No returns on custom orders or engraved items will be entertained as these items will have been customised in some way. The onus of sizing and/or engraved text correctness lies with the buyer in these cases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt of your return, less courier fees, if applicable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Engraving
While every effort is made to ensure engraving is done to our customers satisfaction, the outcome of such engraving cannot be guaranteed. We also reserve the right to refuse to engrave defamatory captions at our discretion. The maximum number of characters permissible for engraving is between 1 and 21 characters. Should an engraving caption be longer than this or incorrectly formatted, we reserve the right to alter the caption to size or format without notice. As a result, no returns/refunds will be entered into with regards to engraving on any item sold by Unbreakable Man (Pty) Ltd t/a unbreakableman.co.za.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@unbreakableman.co.za and we will advise of the procedure.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping maybe deducted from your refund.

Depending on your delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R250 in value, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it has been allocated with a tracking number by the shipping service being used.
