We purchased the ring online and used a size guide according to mm and even ordered a bit bigger just in case. The ring arrived and was too small. The only way to exchange the ring, is to pay more money to have it returned and re-order a new one. Not being sure we would get the right size this time, we requested to come to the supplier to fit and be sure but was denied this route. We had to go to a stockist in the area, try on a plastic sizer and was then told we must do our own conversion of the particular size to American guidelines because they stockist doesn't k ow what it is. So even after taking the trouble to go to the stockist to get the correct size, we still don't have the correct size according to Unbreakable Man's sizes. So now we're just going to take a chance and hope for the best. And if it's wrong, we will just have to keep paying to have the rings returned because we will not be assisted directly. Don't think I'll order from Unbreakable Man again after we've sorted this order out.
Esmari, sorry to hear that you are struggling to confirm his ring size. Unfortunately shipping rings back and forth does cost us and so that cost needs to be covered, especially since we deliver FREE of charge for the first delivery. We are an online store and so do not have a physical store that you can visit, otherwise we'd love to help you out in person. If you are not confident in his ring size it is best to try and visit another jeweller. You can have his finger sized at ANY professional jeweller, it doesn't have to be one of our stockists and more than one opinion is always the safest route. If you need help converting the size we'd be happy to help you out! Give us a shout if you need anything else :)
