amazing service to a sad beginning

After my wedding band broke I emailed unbreakable man and the service was fantastic. I was offered a discount on my new ring and was delivered shortly after. Thank you

Happy but mad at myself

The ring is perfect, but the size I ordered was according to the size that an Unbreakable Man distributor gave me. The distributor told me that I need a size S, which is what I then bought on your website. It seems the size S is too small for me. How do I go about the size exchange process

No problem at all Dwayne. Wendy will be in touch with you shortly to get your size sorted. Sometimes due to the width and comfort fit of our rings, our stockists can get the size wrong, but we'll get you fixed up pronto.
