Not the same

Beautiful ring don’t get me wrong... I bought this exact same ring 2 years ago for my loved one. We were on the beach and somewhere in that day he lost it in the sea, so I ordered another one.
For some reason the site never recognized me as being signed up so I had to sign up again, which wasn’t difficult.
When the first ring arrived 2 years ago, I received a beautiful cardboard box with the Unbreakable man logo printed and the ring was inside a triangular black box with cushioning. When this new ring arrived I received a beat up flimsy box and the ring was packaged loose in a thin folded piece of card tied with string.
I feel like the new ring we received is slightly thinner and lighter and the black paint is a little messy on the edges of the rose gold inner.
We still love the ring but were disappointed.

Sorry about that Lara. We've been fighting delays with our previous box supplier and we've had to get boxes in that are not quite the same quality, but that do the job. As soon as our new boxes are here, we'll be sure to send one over.
